You can cancel up to 48 hours before a reservation date for Visitors.
You can cancel up to 2 hours before a reservation date for Members.
Any payment links are valid for up to 24 hours, after which bookings without payment are automatically cancelled.

If a refund is agreed and due, it will take between 7 & 10 working days to be processed.
Variable rates – Our online booking platform offers variable rates i.e. The ability to select different rates and associated costs. If it is found that the incorrect rate was selected upon booking and payment, the club reserves the right to raise the outstanding balance or difference in rates upon player check-in.
In the event that weather prohibits play, refunds will be at the discretion of the Club.
