Club Terms and Conditions

TEE TIME BOOKING POLICY

1. Booking Procedures

  1. Members must book tee times within the following timelines:
    • Wednesday Club Night: By Tuesday at 4:00 PM
    • Friday Competition (1K): By Thursday at 4:00 PM
    • Saturday Competition: By Friday at 4:00 PM
  2. All bookings must be made through the MyClubAccount system.
  3. Booking confirmations will be issued via in-app notification and/or email.
  4. Members must provide proof of booking confirmation upon request before teeing off.

2. Charges and Payments

  1. Competition fees and any applicable charges will be automatically debited through Jonas at 4:00 PM on the day preceding play.
  2. Members are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds in their accounts at all times.
  3. Insufficient funds may result in:
    • Booking restrictions
    • Denial of participation
    • Additional account penalties as determined by Club Management

3. Guest Management

  1. Members are responsible for booking and managing their guests through MyClubAccount.
  2. All guests must be registered in the system prior to play.
  3. Guests must report to the Golf Office upon arrival for verification and payment processing where applicable.
  4. Reciprocating members must:
    • Provide valid proof of membership from their home club.
    • Be in good standing with their home club.
  5. Guests must present proof of payment or booking confirmation before teeing off.

4. Post Entries (Late Bookings)

  1. Advance booking is mandatory and strongly encouraged.
  2. Members without a prior booking must report to the Golf Office before play.
  3. Late entries:
    • Are subject to tee time availability.
    • Must be entered into the system by Golf Office staff.
    • May attract applicable fees and be subject to administrative discretion.

5. Cancellations and Amendments

  1. All cancellations and booking amendments must be processed through MyClubAccount.
  2. The deadline for cancellations or amendments is 4:00 PM on the day preceding play.
  3. Members are responsible for ensuring that cancellations or modifications are completed within the prescribed timelines.

6. No-Show Policy

  1. Failure to honour a booked tee time without cancelling within the stipulated timeframe shall be deemed a No-Show.
  2. A No-Show will attract:
    • A penalty fee of KES 1,000.
    • Full applicable competition fees.
  3. Repeated No-Shows may result in:
    • Further disciplinary action.
    • Temporary or permanent restriction of booking privileges.

7. Compliance and Enforcement

  1. All members and guests must comply with this policy.
  2. The Club reserves the right to:
    • Monitor bookings and player conduct.
    • Enforce penalties for non-compliance.
    • Suspend or restrict booking privileges where necessary.
  3. The Golf Office shall oversee the implementation and enforcement of this policy.

8. Review and Amendments

  1. Club Management reserves the right to review, amend, or update this policy from time to time.
  2. Any amendments shall be communicated to members and shall take effect on the date specified by the Club.

9. Effective Date

  1. This policy shall take effect on 14 September 2025.
  2. This policy supersedes all previous tee time booking procedures and related directives.
